Order

To fill your prescription:

• Patients

  Drop off the prescription during regular business hours. Or, fax a copy of the signed prescription to our pharmacy and present the original when picking up the prepared medication. Patients may call our pharmacy to request a refill.

• Clinicians

  Call our compounding pharmacist at 515-252-7555 or 888-922-7555 (toll free) to place an order or fax the prescription to our pharmacy at (515) 252-8848.

Returns

Once a medication leaves the pharmacy, it cannot be returned.

Shipping

Medications may be picked up during normal business hours or at your request, we will ship medications to the patient, animal owner, or clinic. Orders are typically shipped the same day they are received. All medications are carefully packaged to ensure product integrity and are shipped via UPS Ground. UPS 2nd day and overnight are available upon request.

Terms

We accept cash, check, and credit card (MasterCard, VISA). Direct bill is available upon request. We are unable to file insurance claims directly, but will provide the documentation needed for you to do so.
